End User License Agreement

Effective September 22, 2026. The desktop app is licensed by ACE Systems LLC.

This agreement is between you and ACE Systems LLC. It covers the Xchange Windows desktop application. The website is covered by the Terms of Use. Personal information is covered by the Privacy Policy. Installing, copying, or using the app means you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install it and delete any copy you have.

License

ACE Systems LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the app on Windows computers you own or control, only to use the Xchange service. The app is licensed, not sold. ACE Systems LLC keeps all rights that this EULA does not expressly grant. Third-party components in the app remain under their own licenses.

What the app does

The app can watch TradingView Desktop for the symbol of the chart in front of you, and it can put your signed-in handle in that symbol's room. Text and voice in the room are part of the service. Voice stays off until you unmute. The app does not place trades, does not connect to a brokerage, and does not receive a license to your broker's data.

Chart detection depends on what TradingView Desktop shows on your machine. It can be wrong, late, or unavailable. ACE Systems LLC does not control TradingView and is not affiliated with TradingView, Inc.

Not advice, and not our trades

Nothing in the app, on the website, or in a room is legal advice. Nothing in the app, on the website, or in a room is investment, trading, tax, accounting, or other financial advice, or a solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument.

ACE Systems LLC is not responsible for any financial decision any user or viewer makes after using the app, reading a room, or hearing another person. Trading can result in a loss of some or all of the money you use. Any decision to trade, and any gain or loss, is yours alone.

Updates and termination

We may update the app or stop distributing it. This license ends if you uninstall the app and stop using it, or if we terminate it because you broke this EULA or the Terms of Use. When the license ends, you will stop using the app and delete your copies. Sections that should survive, including the disclaimers, the liability limit, and this sentence, stay in effect.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, ACE Systems LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty that symbol detection, rooms, or voice will be accurate, timely, or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent the law allows, ACE Systems LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the app or out of any financial decision a user or viewer makes, even if we were told those damages were possible. Our total liability under this EULA will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid ACE Systems LLC for the app in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.

Law and contact

ACE Systems LLC was formed in Ohio. This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. State and federal courts located in Ohio are the venue for disputes about the app, except where the law gives you a right to a local forum that cannot be waived. ACE Systems LLC operates Xchange at usexchange.app. Questions about the app can be sent through Support.
